We Ship Order within 24 Hours after the payment is confirmed by customer.
We deliver the orders in 3-5 working days.
Please keep in mind that we don’t offer delivery on Saturday and Sunday. Any orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be processed the next working day.
Get Items delivered to address other than the billing address
Yes. You can check the “deliver to another address” box on the checkout page and fill up the delivery details there and we will deliver the order there.
Our standard Delivery charges are 7.99. (3-5 working days).
Please note that there might be a delay in delivery in some inappropriate circumstances. There might be a delay due to bad weather conditions and pandemics situations etc. These delays don’t happen regularly.

Signature required against the parcel
We use courier service which requires you to sign a document that you have received the item. Please note that this is only to confirm that the item is delivered to the right person. If you are not at home, the courier will try 3 attempts for delivery in any case you don’t receive the item, the courier will return the item to us. In that case, we will refund the order amount excluding the delivery charges.
Where my order will be delivered?
The order will be delivered at the address you provide at the time of purchase. You can deliver to a different address other than the billing address if you check the “deliver to another address” box. It will open a delivery form, once filled we will send the items at that address.
What happens there is no one at home when the parcel arrives?
He will try 3 attempts to deliver the item in case you are not at home. If you are not able to receive the items at that time, the courier will return the items to us. We will then call you back for a refund or redelivery.
What if the items are damaged in the parcel?
If there are damaged items in your parcel please call us at 020 8144 1514. There may be several reasons for this. Please note we will only accept items returned to us within 48 hours after delivery in that case.
