Canceling an order-
If you have ordered some item from our website and you want to cancel, please call our customer support on 0203 575 1218 as early as possible. If the order is dispatched, we will try to contact the courier to get the item back Or You refuse delivery when the courier arrives at your place. Please keep in mind that we will deduct delivery charges and return the remaining amount for any order canceled after dispatching since we will pay the courier to get back the item. If the order is not dispatched, you will have a full amount refund.
Failed to deliver-
The Courier we use to deliver items requires that you sign for the parcel. If you are not at home, it will attempt to deliver the item 3 times. If you don’t receive and sign the parcel, it will return the item to us. We will deduct the delivery charges and refund the remaining amount. If you wish to buy the same item again and don’t want a refund, you will have to Pay re-delivery charges. If the above details are not clear to you, please contact our customer support at 0203 575 1218.

Replacements & Returns
If you feel that there is any fault in the item you received please contact our customer support at 0203 575 1218. We will ask our courier to collect back the item or you can use a local courier to send us the item. We will then examine the item for any possible defect, if there will be any defect in the item, we will replace the item Or Offer a full refund. We will pay delivery charges for replacements. Please note that we will Only offer a Refund or Replacement when you will let us know at 0203 575 1218.
If there is any fault in the item, you will have to let us know within 2 days after you receive the order. Our Replacement or Refund processing time period is 7 working days. Note: We will not receive used items.
If you have purchased some items from our website and feel that it is not according to your expectations, you can contact our customer support 0203 575 1218 and return us the item within 2 days of purchase. We will only deduct delivery charges and Refund the remaining amount to you. Please note that we will only accept unused items and in original packing.
